โ โ โ โ โ I would have given zero stars if there's such an option. They charged you a Corporate Secretary annually fee without doing anything. Slow to no email responses, spam email, sending of email that was not meant for my company to me. It's funny that they take weeks to reply 1 question regarding their service but less than a day when they are trying to invoice you.

โ โ โ โ โ Opened a company with them and they had a contract that stated they donโt charge Corp sect fees at all. They only asked to be paid for opening the company. By the way you can do this at Acra for free. They inserted themselves as Corp sect claiming no fees. I tried to close off the company after 2 years because I didnโt set up a business at all. 5 years later they suddenly send a bill for 5 years of Corp sect fees. Turns out they blocked the closure of the company using the status and tried to charge fees when they didnโt do anything. Look them up, they listed as a junket loyalty company and a subsidiary of another company with links to Panama and British Virgin Island. All seems terribly suspicious.
