BusOnlineTicket - #06-01 BusOnlineTicket

This is my painful experience with BusOnlineTicket I booked three bus tickets through this company yesterday. Payment was successfully done at 11:45pm but confirmation email wasn't sent to me immediately. I called the Msia Customer Service phone no. to clarify, but no one picked up. Ok fine, probably it was after office hour.I waited until 8am today to receive their confirmation email. However, it only mentioned payment was done for three tickets, no itinerary. I was concerned and called them multiple times after 8:30am. Unfortunately, no one answered my phone. I felt so helpless and disappointed. Then I called the bus company I had selected and the staff told me she didn't receive notification from BusOnlineTicket either.But she was very helpful, she tried her best to communicate and settle my issue. At last she confirmed my booking an hour before departure. Despite departure was at 1015, I finally received my itinerary at 1029. Absolutely disappointed!

Having the horrible experience. Now I understand why people rate so low on their website & apps. I should trust the review when I check about the website. It's so unconvenient & not really friendly&secure. Asking for help directly, but they can't help at all. You should be considerate more to your customer if there are some error, either website error or human error. They ask for your help. The reality is it has very bad services.

After 2 years long wait,I start to buy ticket again and start travel again.very good and no problem.

We booked through this website and randomly chose Seasons Express and Tours bus company. We chose the 1.30pm bus from Golden Mile Complex Singapore to TBS Kuala Lumpur. We arrived at Golden Mile Complex at 1pm and were told that the bus was delayed. That it was in fact not coming but would be waiting at Woodlands Bus terminal after the Malaysia immigration check point. And that another bus would bring us to woodlands check point. When went through Malaysia checkpoint....no bus....we are still waiting now. :( We have been waiting for 1 hour...still no bus.

Received an email said that no ticket available reply asap and I reply immediately after I received the email. But no response from their side. Try to call them only pick up the phone after 4 times. And tell me is my problem that I only reply email 5 mins ago. But after I hang up the call, I check my mail box, my email was send 1 hour ago. And they to use WhatsApp to contact them also no response.

SOP is they waive processing fee. If you have promo/reward code, processing fee is charged !! The promo/reward code is on full higher amount (includes charged processing fee !) That is NOT right !! Wonder why they bother publicizing land line no. when the MO is let it ring forever :\

So I question them, they told me they are working on it. After I received email and called them in between was about 1 hour and still haven’t fix that issue.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM. I had a very bad experience buying from them. All seemed well before the trip but during the trip, none of them ever answered their calls or check their whatsapp messages. 8 times calling during office hours. Not one response. It was as if the company never existed. I would explain my whole experience here but I don’t really wanna waste my time on negativity so just know that we blew RM115 worth of tickets with them. Don’t buy from here.
