Called their service centre and was told that their technician will get back to me. But after waiting for so long no one has gotten back to me. Bad service and also bad product.

I purchased two Sona pressure cookers model : SPC2509. Now I wish to buy the lid rubber ring because the ring turned dark brown after daily usage. Mr Jerry informed me that the company has discontinued this model and spare parts (like the ring) are no longer available.
I am puzzled by this because Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada are still selling this model.
When I informed the staff about the dark brown ring,the staff suggested that I buy many rings to use for different functions. There are total of 14 functions for this pressure cooker, where to buy 14 rubber rings for 14 functions, he said no longer in production. Ridiculous suggestion.
Buyers beware, if you are buying their Sona pressure cookers , there will be no spare parts available for replacement and you will be forced to discard the appliance.
