★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my van washed. It was a really sloppy job. Spray water, spray foam detergent and then hose off with water. There wasn't any sponging like they usually do. At the wipe dry section I noticed there was still a spot of grease and a spot of bird poo. I've been here for car wash before and it was satisfactory. But this time felt cheated. They workers seems to have changed. This rating is for car wash. The pump attendants are actually very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staff and unpleasant experience with Caltex when its machine for contactless payment is down causing huge inconvenience to drivers. Caltex didn't even bother to ensure that such basic payment necessity is well maintained to meet customers' needs for payment options when its pump prices are the highest in Singapore. Such a disappointment. Will not visit Caltex ever again

On Sunday morning, 24th Oct, at 11:22am.
Car petrol attendant, big, tall red t-shirt guy, in his late 50) instead attending to many cars coming in and assist to do what he is suppose to do. Is to provide good pump services) He became the busybody and supervise the 3 promoters of the Batman giveaway station, taking photo with the mascot.
I pumped a full tank and bought a batman toycar for our grandchildren. I asked for 2 ballons. Is om, if they cannot give me the ballons . The promotoer keep quiet. But the tall car petrol attandant start to uttered. No ballons for you if you want ballons bring your grandchildren here ???. I dislike his poor attitude and busybody and not doing his own work propey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor payment and cleaning service. We ran out of cash and they do not accept digital modes of payment. Cashier was unable to draw cash and I have to walked at least 20 mins to get to nearby ATM to get cash. Unfriendly staff and cleaning quality was poor. Some stains were still there even. Will not visit there again.

Gets crowded in the evenings.
Carwash can have a q too so prepare to wait abit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of Caltex at Clementi should be commended for the Excellent Service Award. The station guys are always happy n willing to serve. Always volunteer to help. Used to visit Holland Road branch but now the service at Holland Road has slackened with not so willing station guys.
