โ โ โ โ โ Most people might not think much of petrol stations in Singapore since we don't do much long haul driving here. However, some are much better than others in terms of the sort of services and products offered.
The Caltex along Dunearn Road is particularly different due to the presence of an Old Chang Kee within the Star Mart itself! Talk about a quick snack that would be great for Taxi and Grab (and now GoJek) drivers who pile up the miles on the road each day.
The station also offers the standard car-wash service, an air pump station, and even a mini service station for simple car maintenance work for your car.
The staff here are also friendly and attentive to your every need.
What can I say, it's a petrol station, but they excel in what they do!

โ โ โ โ โ Car wash used to be good with the old company. After it was changed to Turtle carwash, it is slip short and they keep pushing you to wax and chemical wash your rim at additional costs. Tried twice with turtle car wash. Both not good

โ โ โ โ โ The worst carwash ever. So disappointed. Waited for 20mins and then car looked like it had not been washed. I was told that it needed polishing although I could rub the dirt off with my finger easily.
The gas station is very good though and staff super friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst Car wash place ever. After the car wash, my car is still visibly dirty & I had to clean it. And they charged $12 for a small car! They opened doors to clean the inside ledge, but when I opened my doors, the dirt was still there!!
