★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask for delivery request sent on 4 Dec. 7 Dec received SMS ask to wait for 3 days. Till today 10 days past, no reply no answer. Even called and enquire, a Uncle name Lim ask to call back Saturday. Not even a few question, very unhappy to answer the enquiry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed.I Call the vendor ask if I can change for delivery but this uncle ask me to call this polin but call her I got scolded by her and she is saying she got nothing to do with the school and that is her personal number. Omg why should I anyhow call you and anyhow call Ur number. If u can improve on this that will be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not opt for delivery. This is the third time I opted for delivery and hoping they will be better and no outstanding items for this time, in fact I am totally wrong. Placed ordered on November, school books delivered 2nd week of December, yet there is always outstanding items to be delivered. Emailed sent to a lady called Pat with no reply. Now school already opened for 2nd week, our outstanding items still yet to receive. Hopeless company!
