S	Saravanan Rajakumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner or person I dealt with called Shawn regarding a Leica M5 50 Jahre was rude and called me a “deadbeat buyer” for taking a few days to decide if I wanted the camera. Terrible businesses like these which abuse customers have no place in the camera marketplace. Furthermore, he claimed the camera was CLA’d but no receipt and he said I have to trust his word as his “in house technician” did the job. Camera definitely looked in terrible condition for something claimed to have been serviced.

I tried normal package and premium package and I am really impressed with how the photos have turned out! I also took the opportunity to ask Shawn if they could do camera repair for my compact. Initially, Shawn mentioned that they do not do repairs for compacts but later, he and his staff made an exception and helped me repair my compact! Really thankful for that! Update: So Shawn kindly upgraded my normal development package to Premium. No wonder I couldnt tell the difference between my two rolls! Thanks Shawn, that's a lovely gesture.
