★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management of staff schedule and not honest in customer relations. Booked 9 days in advance for the same staff (to save hassle of re-training and re-familiarisation). Manager said ok. 2 days prior to the scheduled cleaning, he sent me a text on the booking confirmation for the cleaning and same assigned cleaner. He deleted the confirmation message on the same day with no explanation. 1 day before the cleaning, he informed me that the cleaner is not available without citing any explanation. Only on probing, it was then disclosed that my preferred cleaner is scheduled for weekly cleaning elsewhere. Very disappointed at the lack of integrity.
