They steal things you want to send home. Half the box i sent arrived home empty, the pick up person himself packed the box full but half the things are missing . very bad , shame on them.

Dont trust this company. they add other cargo (illegal) items with my cargo its structed in India customs. Oct 20 to till [26 Dec] now.

I hv booked individual (courier) air cargo to Chennai with above company on Oct 20 with 10kg , promised that they deliver within 2 weeks. Until now (19 Dec 20) no news about my cargo and no proper response from them. Given phone number not working and whtsapp number no reply. Worst and worst service ,no professionalism , no courtesy. Note that don’t book with them and don’t get struggle . No guarantee for your valuables.

Until now (27 April 2021) no news about my cargo and no proper response from them. Given phone number not working and whtsapp number no reply. Please don’t ever avail service from them unless you would like to struggle. I had availed their service on 20/10/2020 and my shipping number is 1009. Initially they promised to deliver in 45 days but it took more than 2 months. Well this was acceptable due to COVID situation. The worse was they delivered someone else cargo to me. I have returned it immediately to same delivery service and i was told my missing cargo was will be delivered in 1-2 weeks. But now it’s been 4.5 months I am waiting for the cargo. It’s been almost 6.5 months from the day they have collected from me. There is no response and no update from them. They don’t pick calls and respond. They would respond after multiple chases saying they are working on it but still they don’t update you unless we call them again. I am still not sure I will ever receive my cargo in my life time. Not sure if we really have a way to sue them or complain against them as I got all the bills and photos of the cargo collected from me in Singapore. Unprofessional, not on time, missing cargo, no response, no responsibility. Though they don’t even deserve a single star but you cannot post or provide review without selecting a star.
