★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always full, so be a little mindful when trying to find parking lots here at this carpark. It's located right by the hot spot of the area, as it services many restaurants, co-working spaces, and bars. Make sure you don't drink and drive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is almost always full at all time and created the jam outside. However, the turn over for the car was quite ok, I got a slot after waiting about 10 minutes. Quite a number of car just stop in the lane waiting for other car to get out. Not many slots but it can fit two cars one side for waiting and one side for passing by. You can't make a turn inside the car park. It is one way in and out.
The rate seems pretty ok, it cost me around $1 something for 1-2 hours.
Accessible to many restaurant outside, many Korean restaurant arounds here, mostly BBQ korean restaurant.
The other nearest car park is on the side of the road.
