Not recommend. Really bad company

In my opinion, this company has many things to improve and I will not recommend my family and friends to work in here.

Advice to Management Get rid of certain people abusing the rules and speaking to people like trash and then maybe staff won't leave every few weeks.

As someone who is working here temporarily for quite some time due to Covid 19, I can observe that there are many issues that needs to be solve. I have worked in several established MNCs and can tell the differences. Firstly, the work areas and station are not air-conditioned. This means workers will sweat. The name Transicold does not resonates with this, some may say Transihot. The fans that are in the work area are not effective mainly because singapore is a humid country. There needs to be some humid controlling device around these areas to lower down the humidity levels. Secondly, it is a very noisy environment. Employee working in this environment need to be given a complete set of PPE, not only just industrial grade gloves and safety shoes. They also need Professional Safety Ear Muffs that can protect their ears from extended loud noises. This is extremely detrimental to long term hearing. Thirdly, communication. During the start of the shift, the shift leader is too soft spoken, this is partially due to the loud environment. It would be good if all the production staffs can be gathers in a quieter environment to be given clear instruction on the objectives for the day and also remind the employees of the safety issues that need to be alerted to. Another alternative is using a loud hailer. We can see that this is used in some schools and construction sites to amplify the voice of the leader. With different people from different background coming in to work, there is a need to create a good working environment for everyone. Every staffs should be doing their self improvements to learn English as the main medium of communication. At the same time, employees can support other staff by learning other languages such as Mandarin or Malay. Ultimately, the objective is to work together and be happy at the end of the day. We want a safe working environment for everyone and I hope that I can make a positive impact to this organisation even though I may appear to be no one.

Wouldn't work here again really Place is not air conditioned despite dealing with air conditioning, and the toilets... oh man... pitiful sight to see. Quite a few staff here who work here could speak the at very minimum English, and I had to use other languages like Mandarin or Malay, or Chinese accented Malay. The food was livable, but that's all I could say. Okay on the pricing, more on the expensive side, but it was fine. Kind of mind-boggling that there are some who have been working here since the 90's. I mean... working in this s-hole, with to be fair what it looks like, very minimal upgrades since the 90's
