★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service at this place is impeccable. Coffee was nice (of course). Our SE was Micky. He provided security and assurance when dealing. He was not pushy and has very good knowledge of the vehicles. He was patient in dealing with our enquiries even after signing on the dotted line.
He provided regular updates and was spot on with the delivery time of the car. He ran through again on the features of the car before letting us drive off.
Highly highly recommended. Micky explained thoroughly on the breakdown cost of the car. (No shocks, no bull, no hidden costs up till collection of the car.) Everything was smooth and we are truly lucky to put our trust in JDM Collection by Cars and Coffee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service is satisfactory, but if u're looking for used cars, pls note that test drive and having the car inspected by a mechanic of ur choice were not allowed, despite deposit placed and genuine interest expressed. I was rather baffled during car viewing. So, deal at ur own discretion and comfort. cheers!

Any issues in your vehicle will have to be repaired multiple times due to poor workmanship. Coordinators do not respond and do not take responsibility for any urgent issues. Do not waste your time with Cars & Coffee, buy from the AD direct.
