โ โ โ โ โ I called them the day before to confirm that they have the used boxes in the size and quantity that I want which they said they have plenty. When I got there the next day after traveling over an hour, they tried to sell me boxes smaller than what I wanted. Good thing I checked and measured otherwise would have carried home the wrong stuff! When I told them it's the wrong size then they tried to sell me boxes in such poor conditions that they are no longer selling to others. When I told them I had called before to confirm they said I didn't give them deposit (which they never told me in the phone that I needed to do that). They claimed someone came in and took all 50 of those good condition used boxes yesterday, hence they were left with only the poor condition unsellable ones (which they are still selling to me at the same price as the good condition used boxes). They said or else I can buy new boxes from them!
I couldn't believe the poor customer service from them! They had just made me wasted 3 hours of commute and transportation fare for nothing!!! They have left a REALLY bad taste in my mouth.
I cannot recommend them at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Delighted with the quality of the used boxes. The used boxes are as good as new. I went into the warehouse and saw that they actually had a sorting process to weed out the bad ones and they had various sizes on display with everything in stock. The warehouse is big and clean. you can see all the boxes neatly stacked and staff were very friendly. Unlike the ones i bought in To a Payoh, which had holes and messy tapes stuck all around. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs cheap and good quality carton boxes

โ โ โ โ โ Found them to have the cheapest price amongst all. The new boxes were very hardy. Had the friendly staffs to help stuff the boxes into my car. I bought 50 boxes! and was driving a normal saloon. They tried very hard to stuff the boxes but it just couldn't fit and they offered to deliver to my house for free! The location can be improved rather. I lost count of how many times i turned around! Maybe i am new to Singapore but definitely come again.

โ โ โ โ โ Fast and efficient delivery, I ordered on Saturday and boxes reached me on Monday noon. Used carton boxes were pack well as seen in picture. Have not use the boxes yet but am sure quality will be good from the looks of it.
