★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This development is infested with mosquitoes. Every friday after they fumigate, all the mosquitoes will go hide at the patios and balconies and outside the door. We are not talking about 1 or 2, we are talking about a swarm of them. The moment you open your door to enter your unit, the mosquitoes will go in too. The whole development is tiled using wood, and the mosquitoes could be breeding under the wood. Horrible place. I'm so paranoid now whenever I hear the buzzing sound of a mosquito flying near because I've gotten some many bites and I don't dare to open my balconies any more.

The management have mental problems...
The security is protecting the condo from people who live there instead of protecting the people...
They try not to allow any guests (the resident himself was accompanying them... and not for the pool or anything, just a house visit) inside...
My bike (locked on the place security told me) is stolen from the carpark. They did nothing (nothing that one can suspect they are the ones who stole it)...
Worst management ever.
The condo looks too good, but i lived here for a year... Worst year of my life in Singapore...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The water pump to the pool is making a lot of noise. The noise can be heard even from the 2nd level (building on the right) and the noise just goes on and on and it is especially loud during midnight. The residents including myself have complaint to the management and nothing have been done to rectify the noise. Stay here at your own risk, me, I really want to get out of this place when my lease is in 6 months time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment big pool. However the hot tubs are under maintenance 80% of the time. There is only one treadmill machine in the gym. Its always either being occupied or being 'cleaned'. Took luck and effort to actually get to use the gym. One of the security guards made my visitor delete a casual photo that he took of the building and gave him a 15 minutes lecture because he said 'we may use the photo to market the place'???. Weird management. Not happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING AT CASA CAMBIO! This place management really got problem, please check other reviews mostly have the same issues. Super rude, ridiculous, make up rules, biased, make your life difficult and annoying living here
