My daughter's house turned out better than expected. The completed unit was handed over in slightly less than 3 months. Usual hiccups occurred along the way, but prompt attention and appropriate rectification and follow-up works were promptly delivered by her ID. The entire place now looks like a different flat. Though a stressful period for her, I'm happy and proud that she now has a cosy flat to call it her home!

As this is our first time renovating a house, my husband and I have always wanted to engage an ID to help us with the coordination work with the contractors and to gave us sound advices. So we’ve looked for several ID companies and have decided to settle with Casa as the price is very competitive and there are massive good reviews. Our ID is Cobee, and we were very pleased to have him through our renovation journey. We’ve seen many reviews on IDs going MIA and being not responsive, however Cobee proves us wrong. He is very responsive to all our queries and he takes the effort to do site visit every now and then to check on the progress and resolve some of the minor issues. Even if it’s jus a 10-15mins visit, he would personally travel down to site check. Despite the pandemic period, Cobee had all the contractors arrangement and work well planned. He gave us sound advices on the design and feasibility on certain works. Our whole renovation process was smooth with only very very minor hiccups which was resolved very promptly. We’ve got no regrets engaging Casa!

After doing some research and talked to 6 carpentry / ID films for complete make over on our resale HDB home, we have decided to engage Casa Interior Design and ID Keith. The experience and renovation process has been smooth, straightforward and satisfying in overall. It took us 3 months for a complete makeover, including hacking and laying new tiles for entire house, fabricating new kitchen cabinet (extending it from the old storeroom as well), constructing all the water piping, changing all the electrical wiring, replacing new doors & window & grill, painting etc. Few reasons why we choose Casa & Keith : 1.
