So I went down to their office only to be met with the same rude staff. Didn't manage to get my loan in the end.

Debt collector talks like ah long .. kept calling and texting for payment! When people have no money how to pay? We are all fellow Singaporeans no need like this

End up go down talk a lot of nonsense and give me 1k only. I went down all the way from my workplace at Tuas and I’m in need of money urgently for my bro medical fee, I have no choice to take the loan. Not only that, my payment was due, and my salary was hold up by my company, I show them proof and tell them nicely to allow me drag a few days, their collector shout at me and ask me wait at home. Immediately 1hr later they reach my doorstep and knock my door very hard. My children inside were so afraid and so was I, so we called police. They left after we told them police is arriving. After I got my pay, I quickly pay off my loan and nv get back to them. Please do not loan from them.

After taking from them once, I keep receiving phone calls asking me if I need a loan. Asked them if they leaked out my information or something they just said no and shouted at me telling me not to accuse them. I wasn't accusing them of anything! I was simply just asking because I couldn't understand. After asking them, they keep giving me dirty looks. For goodness sake! I am your customer shouldn't you treat me better? Stop going to them after that. Plus they do not even explain why I have to pay more that what is mention on papers. They just told me to pay as I am told?! I guess their standards have drop after receiving all the good reviews from others

Head down to the office and apply. Took me around 20 mins to get the money as there were few people ahead of me. Services excellence is there. 1 of the best lender i went to. From the office design, officers, services they provided. I could not find any others lender with such standard. Thumbs up. Definitely will intro my friends here.

This time, I asked for just $750. I know my counting. And I won't loan what I can't repay. Unfortunately, this is 2nd time in row they rejected my request and stick with my usual loan amount. So far, I've been repaying all early no problems at all. But they kind of don't trust their loyal customer.
