★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with Castilla. Placed order for a sofa on 30th April, salesperson committed to Mid-End July delivery if we order before May. Received Whatsapp message on 28th May (almost a month later) from Anna that the leather we chose is OOS and we have to wait till end August if we still want to proceed, else we can change to other colors and they can deliver end July. Called Anna and there's no form of apology during our phone conversation or via WhatsApp. Arrogant and pushy sales tactics, highly unprofessional. This doesn't work in today's society. Managed to get a full refund of deposit on 5th June. I warn others to make sure stocks available before proceeding to place deposit.
