Super comfy sofa and sales representative are not pushy. You approach them and they will serve you with a smile. Ive been here with my family of 5, more than 5 times and didnt even purchase anything as we are very contemplating to either bought a sofa from Ikea or here. After much tries out with the family, we purchase this sofa instead. Not a regretful decision! Only downside is the carpark. For families who wish to visit the showroom with vehicle, i suggest u drop your kids and spouse, then the driver parked the car on his/her own.

Never in my life had I experience such a worst service recovery. Received the Jonathan Sofa and I briefly glanced through to make all is good before I sign the delivery note. However the next following day when I started to sit down on it, to my horror I started noticing a long scratch line across which definitely looks like a penknife mark. Emailed Castlery on warranty policy and if I am able to do an exchange on that. However all they say is that they are not able to do anything as I signed the form that all is in good condition (which is my fault I overlooked thinking that buying from a reputable company, likely high chance that there won't be any major major defects since it has been QC). Their service recovery is 5% refund which amounts to about $50. That amount cannot even cover the cost of me getting a new piece Reminder please just take all the time and hours you need to really thoroughly check and inspect each and every item before you bloody sign your signature on the delivery note.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Castlery showroom, and was served by Nikki. She was patient and knowledgeable about the product offerings, without being pushy. It took me another couple of weeks to decide on the actual sofa that I wanted, which was the Adams 2 Seater Sofa that was delivered soon after. The color is great, and the sofa is really comfortable (medium seat softness). :)

So my husband and I were there for a random look-see of the furniture pieces our ID has earmarked for us to purchase for our home. We LOVE the whole Castlery concept - the entrance was modern, the staircase was not a typical-looking walkway and the staff were warm, approachable and still were able to pick up on our verbal cues when to approach us and when to leave us alone. Din who served us was polite, knew his furniture pieces at the palm of his hands and was also able to point out the obvious and subtle difference between two leather couches we have narrowed down with great ease. He was a pretty knowledgable subject expert on the matter and it didn't take us long to decide on the couch to buy on the very same day :) I mean, you don't walk into a furniture shop and just buy a 2K couch everyday - lots of thinking is required prior to such big-ticket purchases - but he was assuring. We will be able to cancel our full payment if we change our minds or decide to go with another couch instead. It is THAT fuss-free and easy to shop there. Our transaction was done online, supremely fast process for shipping and confirmation of order. Plus, getting a swatch sample of what we have purchased was also a great takeaway for the whole shopping experience. Thank you Din!

Nice place to shop for furniture around Tanjong Pagar. Place is packed with visitors everyday. We were served by a very helpful sales consultant, Anson Pang T:31381999 M:91096501. Full payment during order placement but they can hold the delivery for a few months, til needed. ??

We've purchased a sofa and 2 cushions from Castlery, and we were impressed with the fuss-free clean, modern design and quality. It is value for money due to its quality. The customer service team handled our inquiries and special request with great patience. They were very prompt with follow-up delivery. We received our items (well packed) as per schedule. However, we have yet to do the assembly due to a delay with the home renovation. I have contacted customer service, they understand the situation and have arranged to assemble the sofa later. Can't wait to see how the sofa look in our adobe, I will provide more review later. Apart from shopping at their website, we also took the opportunity to visit their showroom. Love the ambiance with the beautiful furniture. It's definitely worth the trip. I highly recommend Castlery if you are looking for good modern furniture and excellent customer service.
