★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly old condo but very spacious units with great light and ventilation. Most higher floor units have god views of the river. Very conveniently located for walking to Stadium MRT and very near the bus stop. MRT construction can be a little noisy though.

It's old and spacious. pool is nice but pretty much only amenity worth mention. Cannot be compared with the other condos in the area. Staff from the guards that sleep at their post to condo Management is just plain awful and should be replaced ASAP. It's definitely a condo where you go for sleep and then get away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place even though it was old already. It has been 23 years but still maintained. Direct view to the stadium river.
The unit is spacious unit since it is old condo. 3+1 unit is more than 1400 sqft.
Not high rise condo since last time regulation not allowed high rise beside the river. There is only 1 block with more than 10 floors further a bit from the river.
Nearest MRT will be stadium MRT and there is passenger bridge connecting it.
Not so easy to find way to inside since google maps is not updated yet to newer renovation work around the area. There are other entry beside what it was suggested from google maps. Gothere.sg is also not updated since the nearest is through the Mountbatten MRT which I found it still further down.
Facilities as usual, swimming pools, bbq pit, and a multifunctional hall.
