Ordered floor lamp B45 - black+white for SGD 595 - which got delivered Sept 2020. While I'm satisfied with the design, I'm unfortunately not with the quality. The metal reflectors do not have (plastic) guards or wide openings. As such by sliding those onto the metal bar/rod you are scrapping away the coating - leaving lots of scratches . . . (see pictures). Communicated over several months with the shop on the poor quality; they offered me finally in December to repaint the metal bar in their shop - which unfortunately does not address the matter: As soon as the product is assembled again the reflectors will scrap away the paint. As much as I like the design, for this price I expect a better quality. (Obviously, the product has been now removed from the catalogue . . )

Update: To refresh Catalogue's memory, your technician came with 2 LED bulbs short, after I had specifically informed you that there were 6 LED bulbs blown within 2-3 months of delivery. He had to take 2 of my spare LED bulbs, and you committed that it would be returned to me. Come to think of it, your store has knowingly cheated a customer of 2 LED bulbs.I'm still awaiting a suitable response, and will continue updating the community here until I get one. Update in response to the owner's reply below: I do not see why i should incur time and cost making my way to your shop when this whole episode could have been avoided by your technician, and is no fault of the customer. Context: Bought a light from them and had 6 out of 16 LEDs blow within 2-3 months of delivery by Feb'21. Replacements took forever, and multiple chasers from me (aftersales service was non-existent). Even when the technician came over, he only brought 4 replacements - with the promise of coming back with the balance 2. That was 30th May'21. Technician finally arrived on 8th Jul'21... and brought 4 different LED bulbs. Again, an empty promise was made to replace the 4 LED bulbs with the correct ones. It is 4th Aug'21 at the point of my writing, and despite multiple chasers, nothing is being done.

I visited both their Jalan Besar Plaza and their Jalan Kayu showroom. Just wanna share if you looking for nice lighting just go to the Jalan Kayu one, that one has alot more selections. Please note need to what's app the hotline to make appointment. I am very very happy with the chandelier I received. I normally cannot be bothered to write review but this time I take effort cos I am impressed with the quality of the light. They did not have this on display so the sales girl Kelly Wong showed me photos and tell me if item is not as shown in the photos then will give me full refund so I try lor. So glad I did :) confirm will recommend my friends. Thanks so much. Kelly was very patient and knowledgable as well. Sometimes slow to respond but I think cos very busy. Thanks again!!! I was googling for designer lightings and chanced upon Catalogue. Tried calling in on a monday but no answer on what's app or phone call but my what's app message was replied to on Tuesday by Kelly and she has been so so patient with me. Later found out they are closed on monday my bad haha. I am quite fussy and I don't like the cliche crystal designs and the repetitive ones I saw in some ubi and balestier shops, Kelly patiently went thru my home design and gave me suggestions and helped me make my final decision. I am sincerely thankful I found them, highly recommended for sure! Only small complain is that cos Kelly is so busy.. sometimes take a little long to reply my questions on chat. Other than that I am one happy customer! Thanks Kelly :)

I am a professional purchaser for several commercial projects in Singapore and in Indonesia. I have been buying from Catalogue Singapore on behalf of my clients for over 5 years. Quality of product is good mostly. Only 1 project so far had some quality issues but Kelly resolved it ASAP. She did warn me about the quality as that particular project had a very low budget and she could not offer the same high quality which she usually gives me for that project.
