★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yichong and his team were very professional. We were on different phases in the renovation and had to rush him and his team in early to lay the foundation. His team worked well with my contractor and patiently waited several months thereafter before he was given the green light again to complete the rest of the installations. He was prompt and professional in recommending what I needed for my home. His team worked tirelessly under extreme conditions and was cordial and helpful throughout. No complications, no drama. 10/10 would use their cctv services again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire experience was way beyond my expectations. We had to replace our antique CCTV system at our workshop and we compared a few prices online.
Yi Chong was very patient and responsive to our enquiries. Although he was not the cheapest but the price is really reasonable for the amazing work that was done and the solution offered is fantastic too.
Kudos to their installation team as well. We are a Stainless Steel Kitchen Equipment Fabrication business which one could imagine how messy our place would be. No complains, swift and professional. The job was completed earlier then we expected. The team was also patient to explain and guide us on the interface.
We are really glad and grateful that we chose Surveillance Zone as our security camera service provider. No regrets and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responsive seller who answered all my queries even before any purchase commitment. Experienced team who helped us to hide all the wires above our false ceiling and painted the only PVC casing next to our TV cabinet to make it very well blended into our wall.
Installation is fast and efficient. Products are great, useful functions with clear resolution.

During the site visit, Yi Chong will offer his advice on where & how to install the cameras and I appreciate that fact that he is very detail-oriented. On installation day, the entire team provides very professional advice and excellent workmanship. The team will survey the entire site once again and discuss all the works needed to ensure maximum performance. All cameras were neatly installed and very minimal (almost none) wiring exposure. Overall, I’m happy with Yi Chong’s professionalism and dedication. I look forward to engage more business with him in the future. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having read many positive reviews from the Web, they were my first port of call when I needed to install some security cameras. I first contacted Yi Chong from Sales, who was very helpful and prompt in arranging for a site inspection. While the subsequent increase in pricing for the security cameras by the supplier was regrettable, it was not within Surveillance Zone’s control.
Surveillance Zone more than made up for this with their excellent service, especially by their field engineer Louis, who was polite, patient, very knowledgeable and who went the extra mile, such as ensuring that all my queries were answered promptly. Louis is a real gem and Surveillance Zone is truly fortunate to have him. Thanks again for the excellent service and product.
