★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service quality levels. The technician had no skills or expertise, didn't even bring the right tools or a ladder and was extremely rude when I questioned his comments. The lady who initially contacted me quoted X dollars when I told her the problem and said we have enough experience dealing with such problem. The "technician" quoted 6x that price. I needlessly paid a rather large visit fee just to be told "your fan isn't working, you should buy a new fan"...for heavens sake... aren't you guys a fan repair company?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Technician came and changed fan ceiling remote control receiver to a universal one but with no remote. Told me can just get any universal remote or he can give me for free. In the end, couldnt find any remote that can work and he kept saying he is busy. Had to buy my own remote and receiver and engage another electrician to repair their mess! Contacted their admin but nothing was done to mediate. Told me to contact the technician directly.
