β β β β β Good customer service, and it was a pleasant experience dealing with them. Mr Thomas Ng was responsive, and friendly. Although their mattress brand (Eden) is unknown, it was really good value for money. I have back issues and have been shopping at various places to look for a good mattress that provides good support and yet does not feel like I am sleeping on stone. The well known brands are so pricey and beyond my budget, so I was really happy to have chanced upon this company where I could get a good quality mattress at a price that is way less than what I budgeted for. Having slept on it for 2 months, I have no back issues and I wake up fresh and recharged!
