★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not find a way to contact the mall management, but I want to bring to their attention a safety issue. The sidewalk right in front of the mall should have better floor marking. There is a small separator between the car drive way and the side walk. The separator is only about 5 inches tall and has about the same color as the sidewalk floor - grey. It’s very easy to miss it and step on the uneven separator. It happened to me and I twisted my ankle. The separator should be painted in yellow. This is a safety issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star given for the prime location - stone’s throw away from amenities such as Farrer Park mrt station, Mustafa & City Square Mall, and fronting the busy Serangoon road. Otherwise, the retail segment of this mixed development is practically dead, with units empty & the mall devoid of shoppers (naturally). Not sure about the occupancy rate of the office units but it just appears to be a waste of prime space on the surface.
