★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right off the bat, the response to my enquiries via Whatsapp was the speediest among the repair shops I've reached out to. The actual repair was equally fast and I managed to collect my laptop after a few hours of bringing it to the shop. Since I didn't have a proper laptop bag, Ice even helped me to bubblewrap my laptop as protection. Price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so competent as describe by others. Could not service my laptop and broke the clip of screen cover when opening the it to check. Use double sticky tape to secure the screen cover.

change (new) battery and fix the lid handle.
When pick up my laptop May 8, 2022,
Try login then shutdown, after all shutdown, i saw the battery power still blink, but the staf said it was bcoz of sleep mode ?.
This week I use the laptop 2 or 3 time, today (May 19 2022) the battery lowbatt, then i shut down the power.
I dont know, when I close the lid, battery blink 4x then off, but when the lid up, battery blink 4x (laptop in shutdown position).
13.40 singapore time.
Now on charging. Let see what happen then. Battery can full or still low batt (6%).
Result from HP asistant about the battery, is on the pict.
13.45 singapore time HP asistant said replace (6%).
13.50 singapore time HP asistant said normal (12%).
Getting better, syncron battery & charger, start fill the battery.
Well only fill 82% almost a day (power off).
Today May 21, 2022
In plugged in position, battery still 32% almost 4 hour, without using my device.
Then what should do ?
Guarantee still on rite?
