Very good product

After dealing with CH Global for several months the whole process got quite stressful for both parties and i felt i could only give 1 star in a previous review. The main problem we had was communicating on WhatsApp (which i don't recommend). This was partly my fault too so i have to accept some responsibility for these early problems However, i have to say after getting over these initial issues i have found CH Global to be extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot believe that i now consider the CEO Edwin a friend and someone who has really helped me in so many ways with the rattan side of our business. It was a real pleasure doing business with them in the end and i would not hesitate in ordering from CH Global again. Thankyou again Edwin for persevering with the communication difficulties so we can now move forward and hopefully work together for many years to come. Once again i am so pleased we made the effort to listen to each other and its now a pleasure speaking to Edwin on the phone and getting to know him personally. He is a genuine guy and his team have really made a difference to my business in a very short period of time. They really did try to accommodate our needs and offer a bespoke service which i have never experiened from any other rattan supplier.
