★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those who frequent Changi Village will still prefer to park at the open car park which is arguably more convenient. The Mechanised Carpark however is a great initiative to save the already very limited land space in Singapore. People rushing for time should not consider this option though.

Public holiday afternoon and 21 cars in the queue. Aircon waiting area packed with frustrated parents and screaming kids. 30min wait.
Nonetheless, an interesting piece of technology. Just don't roll out to rest of Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I quite like the system actually...maybe I have been away for awhile...sure there will be waiting time but its fun...jus don’t forgot your handphone or wallet...rest its good...go and have a go...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lift system to retrieve the cars malfunction, leaving the poor mak cik handling all the queries from customers. Customers were stranded for more than two hours, and had to leave their cars in the carpark. Some had left their house keys in their cars. No contingency plan and no engineer onsite. There was no hotline for impacted customers to call, what a wonderful automated carpark! ??
