Attempted wedding luncheon and the ballroom ambiance was nice. Food was mediocre at best.

Make sure to visit the infinity pool on the 8th floor and watch the airplanes arrive. Also, the hotel provides a complimentary 1-hour bike rental, so that you can bike along the Changi beach. We used this hotel as a jumping off point for a day in Pulau Ubin.

Lovely ambience and buffet selections were decent considering the attractive price range. I must say the staff were extremely attentive and accommodating. Perhaps I should come for the weekend BBQ special one the near future? Bravo!

Disappointed when the check in time was 2pm but we were asked to come back aft 4pm. Wifi was painfully slow. When we asked if we could do late check out, the front desk just told us $20+ an hour without addressing our needs. Finally we were told that we would be given a cake as we had a birthday girl, but in the end it turned out to be a slice. When said we were told a cake, or we needed 2 slices, they then said they will check. Expectations not met. The call reservation team was 5star but the reality 1-2 stars. Even though we checked in late, the room was also not properly cleaned.

Needed a room for 12 hours during an airport connection. What sold me was the free airport shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle runs once every 90 minutes and furthermore the hotel to airport shuttles at 630am and 8am were fully booked. They should be booked in advance through the hotel directly at least 24 hours. Ending up taking a taxi both ways. The room did not smell great. Also was given only hand towels in the bathroom and no large towels for showering. Prob an oversight but not convenient. I think that speaks to the overall lack of finesse. Anyway it’s an airport hotel so expectations were low to begin with. Food options were “so so” and dinner for 2 in the hotel was about $50 SD including a $13 SD beer. Again I booked for the free airport shuttle. I would probably stay elsewhere going forward, knowing I had to take a taxi transfer.

I stayed for the airport free shuttle but wait 40minutes to take it. I should stay other hotel by taxi instead of shuttle. I just enjoyed take a walk near the hotel in the morning time. Has outside local restaurants and can have some coffee and drinks with Curry food for breakfast. Not satisfied.
