Chapter 13 and in particular, Leonard Chin were excellent to work with. To be fair, I had 5 companies come and view the kitchen that needed renovation, all of them were given the exact same brief. Of all of them, Leonard paid attention and did his homework when he came back with a costing. He wasn't the cheapest, but he was the most detailed of the lot. And he also did not even try to sell me things I did not need or ask for in the initial brief. In fact, he actually dissuaded some of my additional suggestions! The project did take a bit longer than envisioned but that was largely due to the MCO in Malaysia. His workers were also excellent, hard working and tidy. I know Chapter 13 is a relatively young company run by relatively young people like Leonard but they have their hearts and minds in the right place and I am thankful to them for delivering an excellent job during such difficult circumstances.

super lousy interior design company, though I did not use their service, but the unit Mr Lucas Lee did for are at 1 level above me, after the renovation, during the renovation, my living room ceiling's painting peeled off. At first he promised to re-paint for me, but after that he give excuses that his client don't agreed for him to re-paint for me (who knows). This is not the worst one, the most worst one is after the renovation, my master bedroom toilet and my master bedroom ceiling - water leaking, and the water are really dripped down from the ceiling, but Mr Lucas Lee still deny that is due to the poor renovation work that triggered this leaking. At first when I notice the stain on the ceiling, I called HDB to liaise with Lucas to arrange for the repair, but he keep on denying that is due to their renovation work, and keep on dragging and delaying for more than 6 months until the stain become bigger and bigger patch, and eventually water dripped down. The situation is so bad that we have to bear the water dripping down during Chinese New Year Period, yet he still not able to coordinate with his client to do the repair at the soonest, because he still think that is not his error. and eventually is HDB help me to stop the water leaking. As such I highly NOT recommend to use their company's service.

Chapter 13 has constantly been proven it's worth. Their talent, patience and skills are like nowhere else in Northview. They always appear with the best interior design Conceptualizations. I'm impressed!

We've worked with this company for several years and have watched it grow and develop. I am always amazed by Chapter 13's endless strive for excellence. This company is super creative, having versatile home interior designers. It's always lovely to work with good people!!

We contracted with Chapter 13 to start our condo renovation in Aug. 2021 with the goal to have it finished by mid-Sept. 2021. We are end March 2022, not finished. The workers cannot speak English and do NOT know how to work. Our expensive piano has been scratched as well as the 5K tv feature wall/console. The floor in the kitchen is not flat as the new tiles have not been fixed properly. The gold strips on all the doors are dirty and rusty while it is brand new. They definitely do not care about you as a customer or your existing furniture. No protection of your furniture. Each time they came they did more damage than they fixed things. Some lights are flickering (brand new), the shower handle is already getting rusty. The parquet has been polished too early then dirtied. The parquet in our master bedroom has been touched-up poorly instead of being fixed and polished after. Worst company EVER! Stay far away. Good advice from a frustrated family which trusted them and was far from imagining the nightmare we would go through with them. Total zero.

Leonard Chin and his team were fantastic. They took my old house and turned it into something extraordinary. I can't show you how many compliments I get on my home. He is amazingly a talented, kind and budget-conscious interior designer who truly loves what he is doing. Highly recommend it!

Appointed Leonard for my new home renovation and was quite pleased although there were hiccup on and off, but he managed to solve it quickly. Nearly 2 months after moving, I still called him up when there are minor repairs and he would find workers to help me do the repairs or exchange the bulb. Keep up the good work !
