★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD SERVICE!!!!!! The lady manning the cashier is very rude in many occassions. Shes being very impatient and rude towards customers and i for one got it too. Seriously, whoever from the char grill bar management please look into this matter unless you dont mind losing more customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service by the short-haired aunty manning the cashier. Didn't acknowledge me when I was waiting to order. When she was finally ready to take my order. I asked her roughly how long is the waiting time. She shot me back with "What do you want?". When I repeated my question, she got angry and shouted back as if I was deaf. Attempting to continue with my order, she got even more rude and condescending. Its my first time walking away from a store due to bad customer service.

If there is a zero star, i would opt for that..
If u mentioned the wrong name from the menu, she would lecture u like you are the dumbest person in the world.. this blonde auntie, wow.. speaks and judges(look at her eyes) you as if owe her super lot of money.. no more ordering from this stall.. if i crave for western, i would go to common grills, the other side..

customers when she was confused with the orders. Still point and said to the customer,"it's your fault." As a bystander who patronise this store, really ruin the whole buying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just reached the stall, looking at their menu, still deciding what to eat, and the shop owner just shouted at me "queue up!", in a tone as if I owe her a lot of money. Maybe just a simple "please" word will make the sentence feels a lot better.
I'm not quite sure if they are keen on doing business with that kind of service attitude, but still, I wish the best for their business with their very "unique" way of treating their customers.
I definitely prefer the noodle stall beside them, they are way more polite to their customers. In the end, I bought from the noodle stall.
