We recommended my mums' helper who was from charisha itself to another employer this year n she is doing gud.Sunita the boss has now become our family friend.She listens to both sides n decides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest agency! Few years back gave us a maid who was 1.3m tall. Could not even work a single day. Cheated us and made us pay airfare when maid ran away to maid shelter. Staff are lazy! Do NOT use them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to use this covid 19 situation and doubled the amount charged for transfer maid. They didn't even searched maid for us as we already know about a maid and reached out to them to transfer the maid. Not a trust worthy agency in my point of view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a humiliating person (Director) Narinderjit Kaur/Sunita is!! She had tricked to pay twice the salary to maid as she trained maid to ask for advance cash in urgency without signing to deny later. She chorus with maid at the time of settlement and as its common among employer we wanted to skip time waste with MoM. Therefore, all we can do is pay and go out of hostile situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of Charisha helpers hurled employer with hammer. Agency ignored employers complains history of misconduct against maid and redeployed to agency but Charisha had returned same helper to employer with promises that helper will not do it again but it was fatal mistake.
