★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is apparently where I go when I want to feel old and confounded. I mean, I look at their shoes with the glitter ball heel or the purses that look like recycled NASA suits and I am wholly perplexed. Then I remind myself I am an oldster and that is probably why I don't "get" it.
That said, I love coming here to see what is new, now, next, or even downright ridiculous and impractical. They have helpful staff to explain what the merchandise is all about and they'll guide you to figure out if it's right for you or your niece or whatever. I enjoy this shop because it is always neat and clean, with employees working hard to keep it organized and nice even when throngs of customers descend in a shopping frenzy!

Plus point - staff with the name of Alvin; is very helpful and prompt at replying to enquiries. As someone who's under customer service management, I would personally say that Alvin is a perfect example of customer service. Good job Charles & Keith! May fruitful business surround you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor poor service. I have been a customer for years and have only stuck with this brand. Bought a pair of strappy sandals and it was rather slippery - whichever flooring I walked on. I was made to buy the anti slip pads by the store as they refused to exchange the shoes. When I had tried it at the store, they had a protective sticker which I could only remove AFTER purchasing them. Even with the anti slip sticker pads, it is still slippery. I wrote in to customer service and all I got was 'too bad, can't do anything about it's rubbish attitude. So I am done with C&K. Time to move to other brands that value their customers. Such a slap in the face.
