★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food standard has dropped. They have changed their menu but uses the old pictures that does not match what they serve such as fries being changed to potatoes and etc.
Service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a guest of the hotel but the cafe looked nice so I booked a seat online. Came all the way with my family only to be told that the cafe is closed for private event.
Why you do accept online booking if that is the case?!!! Do you even check your bookings? Even if you cannot block the reservations, I expected a callback or something. But nothing. So my parents came all the way for nothing. When I enquired at the front desk and asked for a feedback form, all I got was “you do it online”.
Can tell that service is not a priority or even practiced here. It’s ok, I will take my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the lobster pasta. The lobster was cold on the plate with just warm pasta. I had to throw it back to the kitchen. The reheated lobster came out tough and the sweet juice from the shellfish is totally absent. The Chef did not crack the claw of the lobster and I had to throw it back a second time for it to be cracked. No tools were given for eating lobster.
I’m terribly disappointed and I’m totally angry with the chef for serving such food to customers. There’s no sense of pride. Wish I could post my photo of frost on lobster shell when it first came out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant is found on the 4th floor of the hotel. The menu offerings are pretty good with various options of international and local dishes.
Have tried a few of their menu items and I personally favour the hokkien mee, which is a local dish. Remember to request for the sambal to go along with it.
Aside from that, the marmite chicken appetiser and the carbonara are also pretty good.
Noticed there wasn't much of a crowd at lunch. Probably because the restaurant lacks a good frontage. Definitely a good find and dishes are value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd visit for me. Menu changed and food was not as good as 1st visit, but the appetizers were good especially the Marmite Chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent burger and char kway teow. Beef burrito was a little soggy. Maybe remove the foil and finish up in a panini grill? Otherwise, I quite liked it. The decor is cheery and colourful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the omelette for breakfast and was asked about toppings.
I said “everything is ok except no cheese please.”
The omelette came full of cheese, I tried to eat it anyway and bit into eggshells…. Twice!
I spat the rest out and drank the coffee instead.
The sausages were like rubber and the baked beans were just bleh.
Won’t eat there again.
