โ โ โ โ โ Had a bad encounter with the staff working on 10 Apr ard 1045pm. The staff was being really impatient when I just want to double check with her one of the drinks deal, and she even commented: "yaa, why you keep asking like an old person". Poor customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to compliment your staff , Madam Lay Guat from Cheers, Wallich Street, Tanjung Pagar who went above and beyond to help me today.
My car was stuck in a public carpark because the cashcard has expired. I walked a long distance to several convenience stores along Duxton and Tanjung Pagar to look for cashcard with chip but none sold it.
When I finally got to her store at Wallich Street, she helped called her colleagues from other nearby Cheers to check for the availability of the cashcard.
She really went above and beyond to help a stranger who was in dire need of help. It is difficult to find a kind soul nowadays. But found one in Cheers !
