★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef Parts is basically a local "mamak" shop, local Indian food. The prata is crispy but not super flaky hence the 3 stars. The fish curry is nice and the Teh Halia is ok... essentially this is an economical restaurant. The main goal is cheap and value for money.
