★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have appreciated the customer service Nell to be clearer about the curtain cleaning service during the enquiry. I asked how is the cleaning process like since they mentioned the curtains will not be taken down as I was concerned about the thick dust that have built up on the curtain. I was told that they will do “wet extraction” with machine and they have 35 years of experience. Nothing further was explained. But when the guys came on site they clearly explained to me it is just a sanitisation plus vacuum but will not be a deep cleaning. I would have appreciated the customer service Nell to have explained such straight forward matter to me before I decided to engage their service. After the service, I used a wet tissue to run through the curtain and it was completely black.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted the business requiring Dry clean for curtains. Nell responded very promptly and gave a quotation straight away. On day of dry cleaning Daniel and co came and did the dry cleaning. They called before they arrived, on time and did a professional job. Will definitely use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two Persian rugs, a white sofa and a white pair of chairs all cleaned by this helpful and courteous team. Sofa was pretty badly stained and the carpets had been peed on by our puppy. Dramatic improvement after cleaning was well worth the money (paid extra for their urine removal chemical which was worth it). Not cheap, but good value for money when the results are seen. Team that came was very helpful moving furniture to replace the rugs etc. highly recommend.
