She is also a resourceful teacher with many exam papers and Chinese model compositions. Furthermore, Ms Chen is hardworking and patient while looking through my scripts and analysing my mistakes. Moreover, her feedback is beneficial, and she always clarifies my doubts with my Chinese homework when I WhatsApp her. Besides, she has always been motivating me to do well in Chinese. With the help of Ms Chen, I managed to do my O-Level Higher Chinese papers more confidently.

β β β β β Chen θεΈ is a very patient and caring teacher. Despite having a weak fundamental base of the language, her lessons were easy to follow and understand. Although my time at the centre was not long, I learnt a lot from it and it gave me confidence during exams and test. Throughout my entire chinese journey with Chen θεΈ, my chinese has definitely improved by many levels and I am grateful for her support and teachings!

β β β β β Comprehensive and extensive resources were provided to build vocabulary and train essential language skills, such as model essays, comprehensions, and vocabulary exercises. Every week, Ms Chen would go through these exercises in a thorough and detailed manner, ensuring that her students understand the material. Also, the class environment is quite friendly, so if there are any doubts, I do not feel awkward in asking questions.

Other than that she also has a literal treasure trove of resources that she gives us, like comprehension practices and model compositions, that are very useful for exams. Which I've been able to apply to other subjects as well. I have been with the centre throughout my sec years and have seen my grades improved over the years to a final distinction in O level. Chinese is less intimidating because of her detailed guidance. And there are always plenty of resources available from model compo to compre exercises. β β β β β I joined this tuition in preparation for my O levels examination. ιθεΈ supported my learning of Higher Chinese through a plethora of methods such as providing articles about current affairs, vocabulary lists and many practice papers. I could also ask questions about certain aspects of the lesson that I did not grasp fully and she would address my questions in detail. These certainly helped me in my Higher Chinese composition, comprehension and oral examinations, allowing me to improve from a C6 in school examinations to an A2 for O levels in the span of less than a year.
