β β β β β Kindly note that there is an expiry date for all packages signed. We signed a package without knowing thereβs an expiry date. Tried booking today and was told that our package has expired. This is the first time Iβve encountered such scenario.

β β β β β Masseurs can't talk stopping with each other. Stark difference from the experiences in other outlets. I'm amazed by how they can talk amongst themselves for the entire duration of the massage, non stop.

β β β β β Had a very bad experience at Chen Kang Serangoon Gardens on 25th Jan. The masseuse, an elderly lady by the name of Peng did not have any skills for the back massage , and she was talking very loudly to 2 other colleagues during the massage. I could have tolerated the sounds if the massage was at least good. For the first time ever, someone was just simply touching my back without knowing exactly what she was doing nor could she care less. It was a waste of money and precious time.

β β β β β This location is alright. Easy to find. Quiet outlet for a peaceful massage. Staff are not overly talkative which is good. $36 for 40 mins of foot reflexogy is probably on the high price range. Though.. i would say, for the skill of the staff, it is a price worth paying.

β β β β β Iβve bought packages from them twice. They do not hard sell. I have never had a bad massage from them. I highly recommend getting their 30 minute shoulder massage. Slots are getting harder to find due to a shortage of staff though.

β β β β β The only good masseuse has gone back to Malaysia after covid. The rest are stubborn, noisy, and untrained. One of them continued applying pressure to my shoulder tendons after my repeated protests of pain. She said the pain is a sign that the tendons need more pressure. My tendons felt like they were about to snap and were sore for a few days. The packages expire without any consideration given to covid restrictions. Consumers beware!!!

β β β β β Went there for the first time to do full body massage. Jenny did a great job in ensuring my comfort level by asking me if the pressure is too hard. She also explained to me certain areas in my body that is stiff. Overall experience is pleasant and relaxing without much talking. Thank you Jenny! :)
