One of the better braised duck rice in Singapore. Ordered the drumstick rice ($4.50) + gizzard and the meat was soft and tasty with the sauce on it. The rice was cooked perfectly as well.

Early dinner before an appointment. Walked one round and saw that Kallang Bahru hawker centre has a lot of good food to try. Unfortunately I only have 1 stomach. ? Settled for duck rice, $3 regular serving. I like that the stall seems to make their own chilli and with 2 types for you to choose! #details. The duck was a bit dry but not until the point it had the texture of cardboard. Not too much of a duck flavour but understand some people get turned off by duck's odour. Value for money and if they had yam rice I would have given 5/5 but it's an overall 3/5 from me.

Had a quick at the local food centre. The duck rice surprisingly delicious and affordable at $3 only. The rice is evenly textured and the sauce is evenly distributed across the plate. The special thing about the duck rice is the duck meat is thinly sliced so that you can enjoy the meat more thoroughly. Chilli sauce got 2 types to choose from: the sour one or the usual dark one. The soup doesn't have too much of a hint of MSG, goes down well with the duck rice. I can't say much about the service but I think the taste and value of the dish well made up for any lack of it.

Should be a 3.5, duck to duck comparison. The perpetual queue is largely due to the serving speed, where each plate of duck meat was deboned. Most of the time it’s fine but do be careful when the stall is extremely busy, there could be tiny residues left behind, won’t kill you, just unpleasant. The rice has good texture with some nice flavour to it, the meats are generally tender and tasty but sometimes do come with just a tad of duck odour. Chilli sauce is again the star here, without it the score could quickly go down to 2.5-3 starts. Google should consider implementing a half star system.

Update November 2021 (DURING OFF PEAK HOURS...that is NON busy time) Down to 1 star. BLACK Face aka UNHAPPY looks from the elder lady. It is something like you throw the plate right infront of you. This will be my LAST time buying from this duck rice stall. Price is affordable. Taste is okay. But the Elder Lady customer service is BAD....

04/09/21 This stall used to be very famous located along MacPherson road in the 80s and relocated to Geylang Bahru. Standard has dropped tremendously and no longer worth the queue. The duck lack of flavour ie five spices etc. The herbal soup tastes diluted. The duck rice itself smell horrid as well.

now renamed to remove the 'boneless' from their signboard, agree to previous reviews mentioning that the standard have dropped over the years, and its no longer worth the queue. duck thou ample (ordered the 3pax platter) was drier and less fatty as before, sauce was less robust, and the soup was bland with only a slight touch of herbal taste. came on a friday during lunch hour, waited for approximately 20 minutes, aunty didn't black face me, perhaps i was lucky
