★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Did not even confirm time a day before the confirm date of installation water heater. I tried to call, no one answer. Finally reach them, staff Belle could not confirm time n say she will get back to me by evening. That did not happen, makes me call bk multiple time to check in the evening n her answer was left the latest time slot which I already told them two weeks ago I wanted morning slot. She terribly suggested to change another installation date, not feeling apologetic at all. Please understand I've already make necessary arrangements to stay home the next day. It was such a last minute change, that means I would have to make myself free another day to accommodate your you. Was so angry that I want to cancel my deal with her, and she gladly say OK, lousy service, not a sorry mention.!
