Can appreciate the effort put into the soup, unlike the ones outside. Taste of sesame chicken was also on point but both portions were rather pathetic. Why save on the few pieces of ingredients? How expensive can frozen dory, cuttle fish, chicken thigh be. Went during dinner time and their worker/chef meal was even bigger than ours. Hard to recommend/return.

The seafood soup is nice and "liao" (ingredients) is quite fresh. Soup is kinda sweet compared to normal soup but not too sweet. I think it is ok and nice, with the creamy look. The mala chicken is ok - could not really taste or feel the "ma" (numbness). Service is really good from the lady boss. Will try their other dishes next time. It is just 5 mins walk from the Tai Seng MRT which makes it really convenient but it is not easy to find - as it is quite "hidden" - you need to find the hidden passenger lift to go to the second floor - almost like playing hide and seek. Really weird Mall design.

Wanted to try this 2 weeks ago but they were closed for CNY. Finally got to try it today and I think not really worth the trip down. First of all, the location is abit off, if not for the signboard at the second floor window, I would have easily missed it. The interior of the restaurant is nice and air conditioned. It would be excellent if it was a cafe but sadly it isn’t your typical kind of cafe. Next, on the food, the sesame chicken was salty from the start to the end ?. As for the broccoli some of the it had a weird sour taste to it, not sure is it bcuz it’s not fresh. Finally onto the seafood soup, we ordered the bigger portion, again, the soup is salty from the beginning to the end ?. The ingredients were fresh. The soup’s broth doesn’t taste anything like other seafood soup that were prepared for hours (if u have tried other famous seafood soup stalls). It needs to be improved. Lastly, the reason for giving 3 stars is that the service is good. Hopefully they will improve on their food.

Aromatic Sesame Chicken and Seafood Soup. Sesame chicken: chicken tender, onions, garlic, and thick gravy. Gravy slightly oily. Seafood Soup: fresh prawn, fish, sotong, scallops, meat balls, some veg. Get your tastebuds bombed by the umami taste of the soup. All goes well with a bowl of rice. Very conveniently located next to Tai Seng MRT. Enter the building and take the passenger lift up to level 2. Will be back!

It's a bit out of the way (had to take an elevator to the 2nd floor) but food was really quite good. Make sure you get the seafood soup, excellent on a rainy day ?

Small local eatery located in Taiseng industrial area. Came for dinner as i heard lunch time can be quite crowded. Ordered the seafood soup, curry ribs and sesame chicken. Seafood soup was bomb!! Lots of ingredients and the broth had a natural sweetness. Curry ribs was good as well, lots of flavour and goes well with rice. Sesame chicken was absolutely the star of the evening! Sweet and savoury at the same time, chocken pieces were so tender and small onions Ε΅ere cooked till soft. They have a lot nore dishes on offer, will be checking them out more often.

I finally get to try this influencer chef restaurant. The restaurant is located at the 2nd floor of Tai Seng Point (beside Leaf Corner vegetarian restaurant - this is your landmark). In general the dishes are tasty and hearty, but portion may be small for big eaters so I suggest to order Large portion. Highly recommended dishes: 1. Sesame chicken - highly recommended and the meat is tender 2. Seafood soup with fish maw add-on - goes well with rice (which they give a big bowl) Other commendable rice killer dishes are: 1. Mala tofu - tasty and not too spicy. Good to have a choice to increase / reduce the spiciness. A rice killer. 2. Tomato & bacon omelette - soft, juicy and tender 3. Salted vegetables soup - another rice killer. However I prefer to have more pickled veg to make it saltier. I also like that the restaurant has quite a few fibre choices, which I have tried: 1. Chap chye 2. Broccoli There are more dishes available in the restaurant, which I forget to take the picture of the menu. Note: please forgive my authentic non-KOL standard photos
