Mr Aw and his team's knowledge on tombstones and engravings are top-notch. They know their work well and is testimony to their longevity in this industry. Appreciate that they were patient with our preferences for the engravings, where responses were quick in double checking whether the preferred engravings were correct. Our sincere thanks to Chin Eng Stone Carving. Very accommodating, and great job done. When our casket company's tombstone contractor insisted that we decide on the tombstone design even while my mother's body laid meters away at the funeral wake (and while we were simply too grief stricken to even think), we were so upset! Our casket company had been great, but their tombstone contractor really alarmed and upset us! Instead, we decided to look for the tombstone maker which did for my father's grave monument 18 years ago - fortunately we found them (Chin Eng Stone Carving) again. They worked with us patiently, responsively, never pushy. When we wanted to choose the tiles ourselves - they bought for us. When we wanted drawings with dimensions - they provided. When we wished the photos a little bit livelier - they provided alternative versions. The boss (Aw S K) very reasonable with prices, and even asked us to order the barest minimum number of tiles first. Our family and relatives were pleased with and much comforted by the final monument done. We are truly appreciative of the final job, as well as the whole process. They also did a great job cleaning up and re-doing some elements of my father's grave.
