Counter staff very unfriendly and rude. Hard selling and keep pushing to sign package. Very expensive price. Outside there’s a lot more reasonable and good TCM.

Will give 0 star if Google review allows. Terrible and unprofessional services. Took almost 20-30 mins to complete the registration for 3 pax. Massage session started 20-30 mins later than appointment timing despite reaching earlier than appointment timing. Upon entering the room, I was slightly taken aback at the room condition, with oil prints on the chair and dirty cloth lying in the room. It looks like it has not been sanitised thoroughly. Next, the physician/masseur entered the room and asked whether I wanted to add on cupping service. I rejected as I felt it wasn't necessary. Thereafter I felt a change in her attitude in terms of massage skills, strength etc. I felt that she wasn't concentrating when providing the massage, for example, when I lifted up my head, her mask was only half hooked as she was picking her teeth (hygiene issues especially in light of COVID-19 situation). Also, at times, she will press and suddenly stop pressing, as well as burping without apologising. When I asked her to press harder, she said that I needed to top up $15, but her original strength was merely light touches and presses. Another example was that she suddenly flipped open the cloth (felt like bedsheet) that was used to cover my body, reason remained unknown. Another example was that during the massage session, she opened the door half wide and spoke to her colleagues for at least few minutes, they should be mindful that there were guys in the clinic. When the massage session ended, she just said done and left the room without providing further instructions. When I left the room, I saw that she was in the staff resting room (door left open) and was sighing. Based on all these experiences, I felt that they were really unprofessional and selective towards their customers.

I found Chinese Medical Centre (δΈε›½δΈεŒ»)@ Bukit Merah Town Centre by Google search in 2015 because I hurt my back (waist) and couldn’t move for 2 days. After the treatment, I had acupuncture, cupping and tuina, I felt a lot better and recovered after 2 days rest. Then follow-up with 9 sessions of treatments for 3 months and they treated my stiff neck too. I have visited many TCMs (famous or recommended) and took their medicines but after 2 days the stiffness backed again. I was so sad and frustrated and wasted a lot of money. Is it true no Professional Traditional Chinese Orthopaedic in Singapore? I still don’t know, so far I’m satisfied and happy with the tuina treatment from δΈε›½δΈεŒ». Since δΈε›½δΈεŒ» had treated my back and neck, I maintained my visit once a month. Later, my masseur 佩霞 recommended me to sign up their package with free session(s), if averaged out by a session it is cheaper. You know la I worried too so I rejected. No doubt they would remind you again and again, from my masseur’s point of view, since I already did almost 20 sessions why I still opted to pay more/β€œΓ  la carte”. Then wef 27/10/2015, I become the β€œmember”, signed up a 10+2 hrs treatment + 10+2 acupuncture sessions package then I stopped visited them because my neck was doing fine then ???. I visited them when I sprained my back or bad stiff neck that need acupuncture treatment because they are the only one I trusted. (Note: In δΈε›½δΈεŒ», treatment included tuina, cupping and gua sha) After I have moved to a place not near to δΈε›½δΈεŒ», I completely stopped visited them and luckily I was doing fine. ??? Until 29/11/2020, I visited δΈε›½δΈεŒ» @ Yishun because I stay near by and I had very bad stiff neck again and shoulder pain. Whenever I’m in a very cold air-con room or sleep with wet hair, I will have stiff neck easily. So far I was treated (tuina) by Janice (my masseur), Lisa (now in Tiong Bahru) and 玲玲. All of them are very professional. I’m still under treatment package the same old patient/member number since 2015.

Janice is very skillful and dedicated in providing excellent service. As I did not make prior appointment, she was able to accept me as her last customer for a 30 minute tuina session to relief my stiff shoulder. Appreciate the kind gesture.

If anyone is looking for a skilled and experienced Tui-na practitioner, I highly recommend Lisa from CMC (Yishun branch). She has a few decades of experience and is able to pinpoint my problem areas and her massage help provide significant relief for my back & neck condition. Also, she shares good advice that I can incorporate into my daily activities which can help improve my condition. She always make sure the massage room is clean and neat before her customer use it. I appreciate that!
