Come here for the fishball noodles often, and food is good. The chilli mixes really well with the noodle, a little oily but better than dry noodles in my opinion. However, the issue is the placing of orders. I have been a regular of the fishball stall that 2 out of 3 of the service staff aunties can recognize me and immediately know my order. (I order the same thing everytime) The 3rd service staff (auntie with glasses, YES YOU) always mix up the orders. Order dry, give soup. Order fishball, give bcm. Order no vinegar, give vinegar. This is considering the fact that she takes down order with a pen and paper & I just order the basic noodle without vinegar (How she can still get the order wrong is still a mystery to me.) 3 out of 5 of my orders are usually wrong. No joke. She sometimes will just shove the wrong order to me even though I told her the order is wrong but she just go back to taking other ppl's order (I know right, such good service from her) Overall, rating would have been a 5 if the auntie with glasses is NOT around and someone else is taking the orders. But hardly the case unfortunately. But would also like to say the other two service staff auntie are very friendly, much better more than the glasses auntie. My order was wrong again earlier when I had lunch (who would have thought right?) But the two aunties offered to replace the noodles for me kindly although I rejected since the queue was long during lunch. And yes the glasses auntie just ignored me lo as per her standard SOP. Also, note that prices have increased from $3.50 to $3.80 then to the current $4 due to the inflation. $4 is still cheap though for the nice fishball noodle.

Hands down my favourite Tom Yum Umian ($4.30) in Singapore! The most heartwarming dish you'll ever eat on a cool day. The bowl is served with a generous portion of tasty minced meat, with runny egg. The tom yum is unlike those from other banmian stalls. Do give it a try!!! For more shiokness, add 2 dumplings at $1.

It is one of our favourite coffeeshop in CCK central. I tried the Singa Rice from Nine Spices today and was in for a treat! The stall really serves a variety of food (mee rempah, prata, murtabak, sides!), and they share a common space with their western neighbour. The achar and chili was amazing and the cutlet juicy and crispy. My safer choice of Singa Rice was accompanied by a small serving of nasi rempah which I was initially afraid of the flavours but was recommended to try by the chef. I had the Rosie mochi takeaway but forgot about it once I reached home and it got mouldy by the time I found out. ? At least my mum got to try one piece on the spot.

If you are a big eater. .. this is their standard of extra char siew. I'm not impressed at all. Dun expect the slightest good service attitude, especially during peak hours...

The only 24 hours coffeeshop in the area... And the stalls that are still opening after 12am ..Are not bad... The mincepork noodles and Ngoh Hiong are very famous around the area.

The noodle stall is something else. It's $5 and total worth it. The chilli has a unique taste to it. I would come back to eat again soon.

Ordered from roasted stall and ask for more sauce for my duck and roasted pork rice end up so dry and tasteless. Coleslaw and curly fries from Indulge and the Coleslaw taste so plain and upon putting the curly fries in your mouth you will feel the fries is like fry and kept there for awhile before refry again when customer order.
