Irresponsible and patronizing. Only Looked professional in the beginning when the company sent surveyors to my house and entered my house to take a pre-condition photographic survey for this company's project opposite my house. I thought finally a responsible contractor out of mostly all bad ones out there. But I was wrong. My mother told me one of our pillar developed a deep crack and it was before their completion date. I called the company, their customer service say their project manager will call me back. But they never did. They even told me their project manager called before and I never picked up. It was totally a lie as I had not received any missed calls at all. I have called a total of 5 times in a span of more than a month and each time that same one customer service officer on the other end just told me he will get his manager to call me. I feel they are trying to wait it out so that this issue blows over and they get away with it. I feel the pre-condition survey is just to cover their own ends and fake a sense of responsibility and professionalism. I feel it is irresponsible of them and if they can do this to me, imagine what kind of work they will do for your renovations with such irresponsible attitude. I am looking at the correct place to lodge a complain against this company so if there is anyone who knows where should I be headed please let me know.
