Don't use this service. They don't keep track of appointments, show up late, and offer terrible customer service.

The company send a china guy who cannot even explain the problem in english for inspection at my cafe, he went up and tripped my whole powerboard, he did not provide any help to rectify the power tripping, barely 15mins of inspection, he gave me 2 words, beyond repair and want to collect money then leave. Before he left, i keep asking him to write me a service report, he wrote it in chinese, then i proceed to ask him to ask his company to write a service report on this when he gets back. I did not get my service report after repeatedly asking for 3 times over a course of 4 days. When i got my service report, the service report did not even say anything about the issue, it just repeated what i told them, it blows hot air and it says suspect faulty of PCB board or compressor, which is as good as not doing any inspection. i do not recommend to use them.
