The younger owner lost his patience (even though I was the only customer) and literally reached over the counter and snatched my phone away which was showing all my personal info. Basic privacy also don’t know how to respect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular customer. Paid for my purchase items via Scan & Pay @ DBS App, few times.
A senior citizen uncle behind the cashier counter once told me off, in front of other customers. Here is what he says to me >> You use this Scan & Pay, give me so much problem, i have to pay the bank more than this, so difficult you know.
Don't know why he suddenly so angry with me, i talk to him nicely, but he keep chatting with other customers in mandarin about me, i totally understand mandarin very well. Didn't say a single word or anything, i just walk away.
Pricing on all items at this minimart is reasonable, near to my place.

Appreciate your advice to help purchase items for the elderly . Appreciate your updates on the delivery and being so helpful to help remove the wrappers before delivery .
And able to pay via paynow is a big plus!
