β β β β β the staffs are not friendly at all !! and one of the staff ( an aunty ) clearly looks down on people who are not doing any purchase or wearing any gold jewellery. my family and i was patronising the store and was admiring the 916 charms. however, one of the staff asked us loudly : β are you buying? if not move aside ! β. after that we just left and she was shaking her head at us... such poor morale and service. CLEARLY NOT RECOMMENDED ! BOO ! ??????

β β β β β Kena scold by the uncle because we asked how much is one of the item, he scolded: how would he know how much, so many item here! This is not my first time buying and we all know that they should take out the item, calculate the final price for u. But we got scolded for asking them to do so. Their service is the poorest. Not worth saving on workmanship to get treated like dog, rather pay more in other shop to feel like king/queen. Also, their jewelry design is old.

β β β β β How i wish there is negative option in Google review. The uncle is super rude!
I placed a small piece of paper(with some info on it) on the counter desk and using my phone while talking to the uncle. After i finished using my phone, i asked for my paper back but uncle claimed that he has never seen any paper on the desk but in fact he was holding it! After that he said the paper might drop on the floor or in the dustin. I insisted to collect the paper as i couldn't remember the detail stated on it. He rejected and said: the dustin is so dirty, I will not check for you(he denied seeing the paper in the first place but then he said it might drop on the floor or in the dustin) . Obviously he lied and he thrown it away. He can just simply apologise or explain to me but he chose not to admit by saying : no one will apologise for a little piece of paper, just a paper, what do you expect, you are siao(crazy)!
The problem is he thrown away my thing without my permisson and he did not admit and even scolded me for asking for the paper back.
Ridiculous person ever.

β β β β β I bought all these charms from this shop, served by the young man and old lady. They showed me a lot of designs and never rushed us to get it. Young man seems friendly. The old lady calculated the price of each charm, we have to calculate it again and end up we realise they have miscalculated the price, should be lower. It was lucky for me because I haven't made any payment yet.
