J	Jalan Redop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 20 Aug, 19 at 12 noon at Blk137 Tampines Street 11 the Tampines Round Market hawker centre. Two of your Chung Hwa Medical Institution staff in red T-shirts one male uncle and female auntie carried donation box aggressively ‘forcing’ and interrupting public having their lunches to donate money. They said loudly that if no few dollars a few coins also could do. People at the hawker centre were annoyed by their aggressiveness hence most of them refused to donate but your two staff would gave rude stares and your uncle male staff would purposely banged the donation box on their table once they refused. Kindly stop your staff harassing for donation in the public.

She plays it down and she doesn’t explains y it happens when u ask her. Wonder if she bought her license. Sincerely wouldn’t recommend this hair loss specialist, thr r other good tcm in singapore

You don’t even have a few dollars cash ? ! 你连几块钱都没有？！ U are too lazy to stand up to take nets machine . Isn’t it the same nets payment..why so rudeeeeee ..why that tone ? Aunty ! Haiz.. Btw, Ng Hui Ping Acupuncturist is quite good!

Knowing that they are very busy and lil bit stressful dealing with so many tasks and transactions at the counter. So, my advice is just be nice and talk nicely to the receptionist will do. Sometime we can't think that we are customer so we are always right. Mutual respect is much important rather than being like we customer are 高高在上 and deserve to be respect only. Some doctors are skillful while minority still lack of experience. Can understand how people feel being offended.. but don't forget, they are not profit-oriented organisation. (Without prejudice)

Couldn’t you phrase your words better even if we made a mistake? If you can’t do customer service, don’t do it. If you don’t like your job, quit. Just because you’re old doesn’t warrant you to be rude to others and expect respect at the same time that you’re lacking of. If you’re not properly trained. Don’t do front desk. Doubt you even understand this review cause it’s in English.

Did not even bother to mention what patients need to do next after payment for medications. How am I supposed to know I have to wait for my queue number to be called when I'm not familiar with this place? When questioned them on what to do next their response aren't ideal. Previously, the students offered to help me make payment for my medication at L1 while I have my acupuncture at L2 (because it is not convenient to maneuver with a wheelchair here). While I understand that it was really crowded today and their students can't help, the counter staff could have done better in terms of communication. This portion plays a huge part in their role.
M	Marlene Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue is fast. Counter staffs seem a bit overwhelmed with loads of work. Not so friendly… First visit here to get treatment for elderly mom. Physician is a teacher with 3 young learner standing together. Hope the TCM medicine is effective for my mom.
