Didn’t receive activation code since 6th June until today. At the first, CIMB Staff said will received it within 1 business day. So disappointed. Also no reply my email.

Credit card sets payment due date not at month end but a few days before and refused to change it to month end when asked. Why? So that customers forget and they get to collect late charges?

one star already consider not acceptable for me deposit money and you will stuck your $$ in this bank. not allow to transfer for fixed deposit, not allow to make a fast local transfer. everything you do online fail

This morning I was at the Raffles Branch to apply for a new application, the officer that served me over counter 12, Boon How was being hell rude and unprofessional in attending to me. I've only asked him one question on renewing bank card but I don't understand why a bank officer could be so unrespectful towards customer and being very impolite and sarcastic (includes personal attack). If the officer find that my question disturbed his work as he seems like he needs to be focused in settling the paperwork, he could have just tell me to wait for a moment, I'll answer you later, as simple as that but no, he answered me back sarcastically during the whole process. I hope that the relevant authority could please improve the customer service line! It's waste of time going over to the branch when you're served miserably in the morning. Worst customer service ever! (Even the hawker aunty can treat customer better than you do, don't get me wrong but yeah that's how sarcastic I was being treated!)

Don't bother working with this bank. They are opaque and lack transparency. They are very slow and didn't bother to get back to customers. You would think that being in Singapore, the local team will at least keep up with the market standard to be competitive with other peers in Singapore. But, NO. This bank still has the same mentality for customer service of some backwater economy. Why bother to even be in the market? Please wrap up and go home. I gave 1 star because that is the lowest rating possible. I would have given 0.

I think their service level is top notch. Easily beat many of our local banks. Here u get sincere and ready to help staff, from security to front desk to counter staff. They even reminded me about my digital token and went through the whole process of setting up without me asking. Not like those pesky salesman you get whenever you step into a local bank ( makes me fear going to the bank for fear of having to spend time listening to them trying to hard sell me their current β€œfantastic” insurance offer.)

I would have given them 5 stars except for this very stressed out frustrated lady in the reception counter. She told me to wait and so I went to the preferred side and a nice tea lady serve me very nice hot coffee I waited and waited but no one came for me I came back out and found out she totally forgotten about me. A colleague attended to me and after I told her I was being forgotten her colleague apologise to me but not her !!! She pretend not to listen and pretended to be busy I suggest she should be sent for training and learn to that not everyone is here to inconvienent her. The reasons she still have a job is becos of us Perhaps the bank should send her to bali for a full paid holiday to de stress and teach her how to smile.
